Elizabeth D. Walsh, Esq.
Ms. Walsh is a divorce mediator committed to helping couples negotiate a mutually beneficial agreement in a peaceful environment. She has been a licensed attorney since 1998. Ms. Walsh received a B.A. in English from the University at Albany and her law degree from New York Law School. She was a trial attorney defending the City of New York before entering private practice where she specialized in civil litigation. Beth proved herself as a skilled negotiator by helping clients avoid trial and further litigation where appropriate. In addition, Ms. Walsh observed the benefits of mediation first-hand as a court mediator in family law and civil matters.
She received her certification training in divorce mediation through the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators in Trenton, New Jersey. Ms. Walsh is sensitive and aware of the importance of infusing respect, integrity and compassion in divorce and parental disputes. Beth has experienced the destructive effects of divorce litigation on families. As an impartial mediator, she facilitates the process by working cooperatively with the divorcing couples to resolve their differences at an affordable cost without the emotional drain of litigation.
