Richard D. Link, Esq.
Mr. Link is an attorney who has practiced law for 38 years in Southeastern Pennsylvania, focusing in the areas of divorce and family law. His practice has been centered primarily in Bucks County and Montgomery County and he is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association. He received his undergraduate degree from Susquehanna University in 1969, and his Juris Doctor from the Temple University School of Law in 1972.
For almost four decades in practice, Mr. Link has witnessed the full gamut of the behavior of spouses in the process of divorce and financial division – from the approach of reason and mutual respect to the emotionally and financially devastating approac of anger and conflict played out through the court system. As not only an attorney, but also a husband, father, and grandfather, he has developed an acute sensitivity to the welfare of the family unit, as a whole. Richard has committed himself to assist spouses and parents to proceed in a manner which most benefits the entire family through the mediation process.
